First week of running

I figure I’ll be too busy to write tomorrow, and I am procrastinating study for the Catcher test right now, so…

Monday was an easy 25, but I have shin splints and did not get to visit my friend as planned. I also cut my ankle. ETofhealing: Unknown

Tuesday, I almost got spiritsticked by the Craig Love. Ran with David, perhaps for the final time, for a little while.

Wednesday, we added in a little bit of hills, but it was hectic afternoon. We went pretty short distance because of the slow downhill speeds and ducking under trees and all. Played 10 fingers during the run. I made the final 3 out of 6. I’m surprised we made it out of the forest so quickly…I thought the run would end up taking 40min, but somehow only 21-25 on, below mesa. Probably back their again tomorrow for the other half.

And that’s the way it is

I tried running for the first real time today. Not a lot of pain, but breathing seemed a bit off and I started cramping after about 16 minutes. I won’t record this run because it is just a pre-run to test out my shoes and make sure everything is intact. I saw a dude working game at Hilltop. I plan to do something similar Thursday if all works out right. That’s always exciting and awkward, but I also saw a dude smoking on the bball court. Not only is that illegal, but it is highly annoying.

This week went by rather slow. So many things must have happened because yesterday it did not feel like prom was only a week ago. I wore hats all week, which is look that kind of worked. Wearing Cubs stuff when the Padres played the Cubs on Monday did not work, but the Padres managed four straight 2-1 wins. Got my yearbook this week, but I’m not reading any comments until Thursday. I think I am going to get my first B ever. Not sure how I will handle that when it really happens.

Took the SATs in Escondido. Not as bad as I thought it would be. Although the school did give off two feelings. There must be a lot of clashes at this school between the tryers and dontgiveashits.

Yah for running tomorrow. I’m really excited about the east coast!
